Growing up with Ramen noodles in Japan, one of my favorite food is Ramen. Love all types of Ramen; salted, soy sauce, miso, pork bone broth, fish broth… anything.
One of the best Japanese Ramen restaurants in Hong Kong is ◯ de ▽ (maru de sankaku). They only have 2 restaurants; the main restaurant located in Osaka, Japan and Central, Hong Kong. Their soup is slow-cooked sea bream base.
Lighter soup menu is Sarari. Look at the cute circle (maru in Japanese) and triangle (sankaku in Japanese) shaped bamboo shoots following their restaurant’s name, ◯ de ▽ (maru de sankaku).
Torori has richer taste. I also ordered smoked eggs.
Very crowded most of the time so I would recommend visiting on the opening time or when you have time to queue. Kindly note that they only sell 120 bowls per day. Better hurry!
Do you have a favorite Ramen restaurant? Always open to suggestions anywhere in the world. Rame ‘N’ Roll!
