Happy Holidays! It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

To enjoy this beautiful season more, I made meringue wreath cookies. Crispy, delicious, cute, and easy.

To make meringue Christmas wreath cookie, you’ll need:

・2 egg whites – leave it to the room temperature before you begin

・80g Granulated sugar – separate to 35g and 45g

・5g Corn starch

・Silver dragees

First, preheat the oven to 110℃ (230℉) and whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add 35g sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

Then add in 45g sugar and 5g corn starch gradually and mix using a spatula.

After mixing, transfer it to a piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper in a circle.

Decorate as you like using silver dragees and bake about 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let stand in the oven for an hour.

Don’t you think it adds a little christmasness?

Meri-ngue Christmas!
