Another ramen post. Couldn’t resist to introduce my favorite Japanese ramen restaurant in Hong Kong.
Ebi Soba Ichigen is a famous restaurant born in Sapporo, Hokkaido, in Japan. The rich taste of shrimp soup makes here so special. They have five restaurants in Japan, two in Taiwan, and five in Hong Kong. If you’re a shrimp lover, trust me, just give it a try.
This is Salted Shrimp Ramen. You can choose the base flavor from salted, miso, or soy sauce.
In my opinion, it ‘s the best ramen restaurant with shrimp broth in Japan. Guilty pleasure…
