The Tokyoite’s blog starting in Hong Kong, eh?

A couple of months ago, I came to Hong Kong because of my work and to see my family, dogs, and friends. I went through one of the most strictest quarantine procedures against COVID-19. Without any choice, I needed to stay at the quarantine hotel for 3 weeks and undergo 5 PCR tests.

Quarantine breakfast
Quarantine lunch
Quarantine dinner

My hotel had 3 choices for every meal and I could choose one. They also had vegetarian dish.

THE BEST MCDONALD’S in my life. Delivered by my friend when I got tired of quarantine meals’ taste.

I’m lovin’ it. Definitely.

Brought some Japanese instant soup and noodles. It feels so much better to have familiar food with you.

Kept counting days to see the progress.

The last day of my long quarantine has finally come.

Too excited to go outside and felt very thankful that I didn’t catch any cold during my stay. I cleaned my room a lot before leaving and miss my room after all.

Can’t believe I made it for 3 weeks. Cheers to myself!
