I have to tell I’m really crazy about food. Love eating and cooking.
Lucky to be able to eat Chinese food at Lung King Heen the other day. In my opinion, the best Cantonese & Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong and probably in the world is here. Everything is just extremely delicious and beautifully displayed at the nice harbor view restaurant.
Too delicious that we ended up discussing what kind of food we want to eat on the last day of life. Isn’t it a tough question?
My answer was to eat my mom’s fried rice but I would also like to have strawberries and mango…
The last dish is Yongji Gamuro (楊枝甘露 or Mango pomelo sago pudding), my most favorite dessert. It’s like a mango juice with mango, sour-sweet pomelo and sago. Mmm.
As Lung King Heen is very popular and the first Chinese restaurant in the world to receive three Michelin stars, you must make a reservation in advance.
